10 weeks, 3 hours per week
Ideal for: Team leaders, Supervisors or people new to managing others for performance.

Ideal for: People involved in the negotation of win/win outcomes. Staff who manage others, project managers, sales people, customer service people, team leaders, supervisors and people involved in conflict resolution.

2 half day workshops
Ideal for: Managers or staff who find themselves in a role that requires them to become a mentor to other people.

Maximising Personal Effectiveness
4 weeks, 3 hours per week
Ideal for: Any person who has a busy day and is not as effective as they could be with goal achievement in the time available.

Basic Sales for Immediate Results
4 half day workshops
Ideal for: People new to the role of selling, suitable for counter sales and sales repesentatives.
